Six Months to Go!
This week has been rather fruitful: we finalized the rings, settled on the colors (hopefully for good), narrowed down my dress selection, and put a deposit on the tuxes. I'm going on Wednesday to get a second opinion on the dress, and hopefully get it ordered. Jason is going on Friday to put some money down on the rings and get them settled. After that, I am going to take a week off (from planning) to recuperate before we head into invitations, flowers, cake, tuxedos, and bridesmaid dresses.

for our invitations i went to party city and looked through the many books they had and then shopped around for best price once we knew which one we wanted.
we got our cake from cinderella cakes, they have great cakes not bad prices. although for a tight budget i would suggest getting a small cake for the wedding party to look pretty for photo opts of cake cutting and such but then get sheet cakes from costco or albertsons for everyone else.
